Since 1952, the Allstate Foundation has led national campaigns to empower people to imagine and achieve better for themselves and their communities. Employees and agents take a stand to empower youth, uplift survivors of domestic violence, strengthen nonprofit leadership skills and support the communities where we live and work.
Here are just a few of the Foundation’s amazing initiatives:
- We give students, teachers and families access to evidence-based programs to help foster social and emotional learning skills. Students who score high on social skills are 4-times more likely to complete college. We have so far committed $70 million toward service-learning programs through 2022.
- Since 2005, the Allstate Foundation has committed to ending domestic violence through financial empowerment. This academically-vetted model provides survivors with resources to regain their potential and equip young people with the information they need to prevent unhealthy relationships before they start. More than 2 million domestic violence survivors have found success through our financial literacy resources.
- The Foundation is a leader in delivering social impact to save teen lives, playing a key role in passing Graduated Driving Licensing laws. They have helped measurably reduce fatal crashes among young drivers.
Allstaters and the Foundation also collectively donated resources across the nation to support communities during the COVID-19 crisis.
